The government is advising that people should work from home if they are able to. While many roles can be done just as well from home, it does present new/different considerations for those managing staff. Equality Act - ten years on
October marks 10 years since the Equality Act was passed. At Acas we are going to spend the month reflecting on the changes that have followed this vital legislation, including celebrating improvements in workplace culture and reflecting on what still needs to be done.
