High Value Trader Support for New Border Processes: The Field Force Support Programme
The Field Force Support Programme is offered by the Cabinet Office to support businesses that trade over £250,000 of goods with the EU each year.
The support available ranges from invitations to specialist events, 1-to-1 query resolution, more access to business case studies and sector-specific guidance from policy experts.
To be part of this programme you will need to answer some questions on your business and the goods you trade in.

Moving goods
UPDATED: Sending goods to the EU through roll on roll off ports or the Channel Tunnel: Guidance on transporting goods to the EU from the UK via these channels has been updated with a new section on Assumed Departure. For more information, click here.

Business Support Helplines
There are new rules for businesses doing business with the EU from 1 January, and you need to take action now. To help you, a helpline has been set up. For English businesses, the Business Support Helpline can help you identify the actions you need to take. Similar helplines are available for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

Emissions Trading
UPDATED: Participating in the UK Emissions Trading Scheme (UK ETS): Guidance has been updated in light of the calendar for UK ETS auctions in 2021 being published by the auction platform provider. For more information, click here.
Food and Drink
UPDATED: Food and drink businesses: working with the EU: Guidance has been updated to clarify that in order to trade with the EU without paying tariffs, all goods need to comply with the preferential Rules of Origin.
