Since the advent of the coronavirus we have been working hard to gradually convert our face-to-face training into digital courses so we can continue to share best practice. Below is our current training schedule, with links to further advice below.

Changing terms and conditions of employment A 3-hour digital event which will help you understand the legal obligations and good practice of changing contracts, so that you can be confident in your decisions to implement a change to employment terms and conditions.

How to manage homeworkers  This 2-hour digital event will give an essential overview of the law and good practice, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to confidently manage employees working from home.

Redundancy: getting it right (England & Wales) Making staff redundant is a difficult but sometimes necessary decision. This digital event outlines the legal responsibilities faced by employers managing redundancies. It will also focus on good practice at this challenging time.

Employment law update  The legal landscape and how it affects your workplace is constantly evolving.  This digital event will update you on the latest changes in legislation and highlight future developments - a key consideration for business planning.
